Thanya Ranasinghe is an ICAE student from Sri Lanka, currently studying a Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery after completing a Certificate III in Commerical Cookery last year.
“I really enjoy working at Darwin De Silva’s Food as part of my Certificate III Cookery course at ICAE. The business owners have made me feel part of their family and are very supportive in teaching me new skills. Once I graduate, and like many other ICAE students, I plan to become a fully qualified Chef. Thanya, who was born in Sri Lanka, has a great attitude and is a welcome member of our catering team. She brings many skills and continues to learn her cooking craft here at Darwin De Silva’s Food.
