​Hsu Wan Hua, popularly known as “Piggy” amongst her friends and classmates, is from Taiwan.

She has completed a Certificate 3 in Commercial Cookery at International College of Advanced Education. 
 
Piggy aspires to become an International Chef. Studying at ICAE allows her to be more equipped with knowledge and skills. She always learned something new in class and her favourite part of the course was the Practical Test and Taste Test (yes, the students eat the food!).

What makes it more interesting for her in working in the hospitality field is she gets the chance to meet different people. During her study, she worked at Pee Wee’s Restaurant – a fine dining restaurant in Darwin. Pee Wees has a wonderful view out across the harbour for guests and is also a very good place to work.

During her free time, she went on trips across the Northern Territory with her newfound friends from different countries. She also enjoyed doing swimming and Zumba exercises.

This is not her first time living away from home but what she misses back home are her dog and Mom.
