International Student Application

Prerequisites

To be eligible for any of ICAE’s international programs you must meet the following requirements:

be 18 years old or older.
be a high school graduate in your home country, or have significant working experience.
be able to provide sufficient funds for your study and living costs while in Australia.
be adequately proficient in spoken and written English.

New Students

Online Application Form

First, you need to complete our Online Application Form. If you have any questions or problems while completing this form, please email info@icae.edu.au

Offer & Acceptance

Once you have completed your application form, ICAE will send you an Offer Letter and Acceptance Agreement.

Review & Sign

You will need to read your Offer Letter and Acceptance Agreement thoroughly, initial each page and sign the final page to confirm understanding.

Return Signed Copy & Fees Deposit

You should then return the signed complete Acceptance Agreement to ICAE, and pay your fee deposit (see Paying your fees).

eCoE & Student Visa

Once ICAE has received your fee deposit we will send you an electronic Confirmation of Enrolment (eCoE) which is your official enrolment confirmation. You will use this eCoE to apply for your student visa.

Enrolment Complete

You have just successfully enrolled as a new international student at ICAE. If you are not using an education or migration agent to assist you with your ICAE and Student Visa application, ICAE will provide you with assistance throughout the process.

Currently Enrolled Students

Current ICAE International students wanting to continue their enrolment need to complete a Continuing Enrolment Form.

This form is for students currently enrolled at ICAE and is continuing into a new course.

​Student Visa Information

By law, ICAE cannot and will not provide specific advice regarding migration or visas. If you need specific migration or visa advice you should contact our partner Registered Migration Agent. ICAE strongly advises against taking specific migration advice from anybody who is not a Migration Agent registered through the Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority (MARA).
