Course Information
ICAE currently offers seven courses to international students:
All hospitality courses are targeted at students who want to gain experience in hotels, casinos, restaurants and bars and also learn management skills to prepare for middle management positions.
The business courses are targeted at students who may wish to start their own business or enter the corporate world as administrators and project officers. The diploma course is for students wanting to take their skills to the next level and become executive officers, program consultants or program coordinators.
ICAE’s course structure also allows students in Hospitality and Commercial Cookery courses to work full-time for half of their course, making our programs the best way to study and work in Australia.
- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
- Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery
- Certificate IV in Hospitality
- Diploma of Hospitality – Management stream
- Advanced Diploma of Hospitality – Management Stream
